Honeywell has notified us about a list price increase taking effect on the 1^st of July 2023. This change affects different product groups, but the increased amount may vary with each SKU. 

Here is a breakdown of the relevant information for you:

• The new price list will apply to all new orders as of the 1^st of July 2023.
• With regard to Project Registrations (PRs), promotions and run rate business, you will receive your goods at the old price if ordered without desired delivery date by the 30^th of June 2023. Starting the 1^st of July 2023, the new list prices will apply to existing orders with desired deliver dates. Big orders without End User Opportunities will also be invoiced according to the new list prices. If this change applies to existing orders, those will be revised. In such a case, we will send you updated documents.
• Your active, confirmed Price Exceptions (PEs) remain valid until their expiry date. After the expiry date, new pricing agreements will be based on the updated price list.
