In response to our protest to Datalogic about the price increase, which we consider to be unacceptable, Datalogic has now subsequently acted and has partially withdrawn the retroactive price increase.

For you, this means that all orders placed with us prior to the 1st of October 2021 will be shipped at the old price. We will send you the corresponding adjusted order confirmations immediately. If we already shipped affected orders to you after the 30th of September 2021 at the higher price, you will receive a credit note for correction in the next few days.

However, Datalogic is cancelling special project prices on which no sales (i.e. delivery by us) have been booked by the 31st of October 2021. Please check your open project price quotations and order goods to activate them, if necessary. The project prices are then valid for the specified project period, but no longer than the 31st of March 2022.

All other points regarding the Datalogic price increase that we informed you about on the 29th of September 2021 remain unchanged. The new prices apply to all orders beginning the 1st of October 2021, active project prices remain unchanged.
