Effective immediately, when you purchase Diebold Nixdorf products the company offers you an on-site service called Service Packs! One of these services includes an experienced technician driving to the end customer to inspect technical product defect directly on-site.
The Service Packs cover all Diebold Nixdorf systems and are divided into two versions. The »Epos-System« covers modular BEETLE and all-in-one systems. For K-two kiosk systems and the BEETLE /iSCAN EASY eXpress, the Service Pack »Self Service Solutions« is available. Additionally, there are two different service levels: »Standard« and »Enhanced«.
